Irish moss is a species of red algae. It has a high concentration of marine trace elements from algae sources, including Calcium, Selenium, Iron, Zinc, and Magnesium. It provides a wealth of amino acids: Arginine, Citrulline, Taurine, and a unique dipeptide named L-Citrullyl-L-Arginine.
