Plukenetia Volubilis, commonly known as Sacha peanut and also called Sacha Inchi in Inca, is a tree originally grown in the tropical rainforest of the Amazon Basin in South America. The Inca was the first to plant this kind of tree and have used it for more than 3,000 years.
Starseed® Sacha Inchi Oil is not refined and is 100% cold-pressed from Sacha Inchi seeds, which are native to the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest. The Sacha Inchi Oil has an ideal ratio of Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 fatty acids and contains essential fatty acids.
