Psyllium Husk
Originated in India, Psyllium Husk from the plant of Plantago is rich in dietary fiber that improves bowl movement and increases satiety. It is also called "King of Natural Dietary Fiber on Land".
Psyllium Husk is composed of 55% soluble fiber and 35% insoluble fiber, it can absorb the amount of water 50 times of its original volume and provide good satiety. It is recommended to drink plenty of water when you take the Psyllium Husk supplement.
